Located in indio California, Las Colinas is a planned community consisting of 214 single family homes. 

 

Short-Term Rentals are NOT permitted in Las Colinas. The fines for violations have been substantially increased. Having a permit from the City of Indio does not override the HOA rule. It only proves the violation.

If you need to contact PPM for any reason (including accounting issues), please contact them via PHONE or EMAIL. They continue to be OPEN FOR BUSINESS.

 

The Las Colinas management company’s OFFICE is CLOSED to FOOT TRAFFIC to protect the health and wellbeing of their team.  However, operating under their long-standing emergency plan, EVERY SINGLE TEAM MEMBER is working and fully functioning from home.  Their VOIP phone system allows you to reach all of their team at their regular extensions even though they are not in the office.  Their secure network connection allows their team to access community information remotely and securely.  Mailings are being sent, HOA assessment statements are going out, checks are being cut and service providers paid, and maintenance issues are being handled with the same efficiency as though they were sitting at their desk.  

 

Community managers are communicating with homeowners and taking care of their concerns.
