These are the volunteers that work hard to manage our homeowners association (HOA)

Las Colinas streets belong to you the members of the Homeowner's Association (HOA)- NOT to the city Indio. The mail boxes belong to you too. When common property breaks or gets vandalized, the city or the USPS will not help us; it doesn't belong to them. We've got to pay for the fix ourselves. Taking care of landscape, security patrols, and making sure everyone follows the rules that we agreed to follow when we bought our homes, that's the job of the of your HOA Board of Directors. How the Board does it is strictly governed by California Law (a result of the Davis Stirling Act). Your Board attends classes to keep up with changes in the law. The HOA is like a small non-profit company. The homeowners are the stockholders in the company. Come visit us at a Board Meeting and see what it's all about. It is YOUR company. The Board Members are homeowners like you, and they have volunteered to lead YOUR company.
